Wysylka Technologies Pvt Ltd ("Wysylka Technologies", "we", "us", or "our") operates the website wysylkatech.com and its associated products, including the Job Card App (available on the Google Play Store and on the web) and the License Plate Reader / Video Intelligence platform (together, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect across our website and our products, how it is used, who it is shared with, and the choices and rights you have regarding your information.
By visiting our website, using our products, or downloading our mobile app, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use our Services.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Website Visitors (wysylkatech.com)
- Usage and analytics data (pages visited, time on site, approximate location, device/browser type) collected via Google Analytics (GA4)
- Information you submit through our contact form (name, email, phone, and message), processed via Formspree
- Cookies used for analytics and to remember your cookie consent choice
1.2 Job Card App (Web Dashboard and Mobile App)
The Job Card App is used by employees and field staff of businesses that license the app ("Client Organizations"). We collect:
- Account and login information — name, phone number and/or email address, username and password (stored encrypted/hashed), and your assigned role (e.g. installer, welder, fabricator, driver, designer, printer, recci/site surveyor)
- Location data — precise device location (GPS), collected only when you actively complete or submit a task, to geo-tag the task with the location it was carried out. We do not track location in the background when the app is not in active use for a task.
- Camera and photos — photos you capture or select to upload as proof of work, site conditions, or task completion
- Device and usage information — device identifiers, device model, OS version, login timestamps and login history (for security/audit purposes), and in-app activity (task actions, status changes) attributed to your account
- Job and task data — job cards, task assignments, status, comments, and related work records entered by you or assigned to you by your Client Organization
1.3 License Plate Reader / Video Intelligence Platform
This product is deployed on-site for our business clients and processes vehicle number plate images and site camera footage captured by our clients' own CCTV and access-control hardware, in order to provide vehicle recognition and security-event detection. This data is collected, processed, and controlled by our client (the site operator), and is governed by that client's own privacy notices for their site, premises, or visitors. Wysylka Technologies acts as the technology provider and processes this data on our client's behalf and instruction.

2. How We Use Information

- Authenticate users and enforce role-based access within a Client Organization
- Generate work reports, activity logs, and exports (e.g. Excel/PDF task sheets) for the relevant Client Organization
- Maintain security, integrity, and an audit trail, and investigate misuse
- Respond to enquiries and support requests, and communicate service-related updates
- Understand website traffic and improve our content and services
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not use your location, photos, or personal information for advertising, and we do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Data Sharing and Disclosure
- Your Client Organization — if you use the Job Card App as an employee or contractor, the business that engages you and licenses the app can access your task, location, and photo data to manage its own operations. Your Client Organization is responsible for how it uses this data internally.
- Service providers — we use Google Analytics (GA4) for website analytics and Formspree to process contact form submissions. These providers process data on our behalf under their own respective privacy and security terms.
- Wysylka Technologies — as the developer and technical operator of our products, we can access data as needed to provide technical support, maintain the service, and ensure security.
We do not share your personal information with third-party advertisers or data brokers. We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Wysylka Technologies, our users, or others.
4. Data Storage and Security
Data collected through our website and products is stored on secured servers. We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, including encrypted password storage and role-based access controls. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Data Retention
We retain website enquiry data as long as needed to respond to and document the enquiry. Job Card App account, task, location, and photo data is retained for as long as your account is active with your Client Organization, and for a reasonable period afterward for audit, dispute resolution, and legal compliance purposes. A Client Organization may request deletion of its organizational data at any time by contacting us below.
6. Your Rights and Choices
- Access and correction — you may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to correct inaccurate information, by contacting us below.
- Deletion — you may request deletion of your personal information, subject to any retention required by legitimate business or legal needs.
- Permission controls — you can enable or disable camera and location permissions for the Job Card App at any time through your device settings. Disabling these permissions may limit or disable core app features (such as photo capture or geo-tagged task submission).
- Cookies — you can manage cookie preferences via our on-site cookie banner and your browser settings.
- Account deactivation — your Client Organization's administrator can deactivate your account, or you may contact us to request deactivation.
7. Children's Privacy
Our website and products are business tools intended for use by adults in a professional capacity. They are not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
8. International Data Transfers
Wysylka Technologies is based in India, and data collected through our website and products is primarily processed and stored in India. If you access our Services from outside India, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in India or other locations where our service providers operate.
